Who receives background check results?
Once an employee's background check is completed the results of the background are sent to the following:
Zenefits cannot provide advice regarding the results of a background check. Employees with questions about their background check can reach out to their HR contact for assistance.
- The employee,
- the main company admin,
- any administrator not marked as Restrict Sensitive,
- the Manager who sent the employee the original offer letter.

Administrators may choose either the main administrator to see the results or the main administrator and the employee's direct manager.
1. Select the Hiring app
2. Under Settings, select Background Checks
3. Update "Who can see results?"
