How to Contact the Customer Care Support Team

If you have not been able to find the answers to your questions in our Help Center or Training videos, you may contact the Zenefits Customer Care Team for additional assistance. Zenefits Customer Care is available 7AM-4PM  PST . 

Follow the directions below so that we may help you find a resolution:

  1. To begin, click the ‘?’ in the bottom right-hand corner of your Zenefits account. (You can also click ‘Help’ in the top right corner of your dashboard, or click on the Support app from the main Zenefits Dashboard.)
  2. Type your question into the Zen Assistant and we’ll provide you with an answer that best matches your inquiry.
  3. If we are unable to answer your question, you can scroll down to the bottom of the Zen Assistant and click ‘Contact Support’.
  4. Make the selection that best suits your issue. We’ll route you to the best channel to contact Zenefits’ Customer Care Team, and match you with the right specialist.

NOTE: If you are unable to log into your account, you can reset your password or contact our team by clicking the 'Need help logging in?' button at the bottom of the login page. 

Update as of March 9, 2021: Effective March 15, 2021, our Customer Care hours of operation will be changing to 7AM-4PM PST. This change will allow us additional time to get back to our customers that have outstanding issues and cases. Additionally, providing a reference number when you call Customer Care will be required to ensure we route your inquiry to the correct team and help answer your question as quickly as possible. We appreciate your partnership and we are committed to always working to improve your experience.
