  1. Log into your Zenefits administrator account 
  2. Click the blue question mark in the bottom right corner of the screen. Ask your question and review our immediately-recommended answers 
  3. If you still require additional detail and need to speak with a member of our team, click ‘Contact Support’ at the bottom of the box. Select the options most applicable to your question to ensure you are routed to the person best able to assist
