1. Log into your account by clicking the "Login" button on the top right-hand corner of www.trinet.com.
2. Click the "Login" button under "HR Platform & HR Plus" and log in.
o If you need help logging in, click here.
3. Click the “Contact HR Plus Support” Quick Link in the right-hand navigation pane.
4. Choose the option that best suits the support you need: HR or Payroll. Options will vary based on your HR Plus package.
o For general support assistance, such as platform-related questions, we recommend utilizing the “On-Demand Support” option or click the Chatbot located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
5. Next, make the selection that best suits your question or issue.
6. Then, complete the form, including as many details as possible to help us better support you. If you need immediate assistance, you may call the number listed on the form. Otherwise, you will receive a response via email, or you can request a reply by phone.
